How to Make a Wholesale Order

Ordering custom signs in bulk should feel clear, organized, and predictable — especially when your project involves many rooms, departments, floors, or building zones. Wholesale orders are ideal when you need a consistent signage system: room numbers, office nameplates, restroom signs, wayfinding signs, floor signs, ADA/Braille signs, locker tags, QR-code signs, or custom signs created for a specific interior.

Step 1: Send Us Your Project Details

To prepare an accurate quote, please send us as much information as possible:

• type of signs you need;
• quantity;
• preferred design or collection;
• size;
• material: stainless steel, wood, acrylic, or a combination;
• text, room numbers, names, icons, arrows, or QR codes;
• logo or brand colors, if needed;
• delivery country and deadline.

For larger projects, the easiest way is to send a spreadsheet with all sign texts and quantities. This helps us avoid mistakes and prepare the quote faster.

Step 2: We Prepare a Custom Quote

Wholesale pricing depends on quantity, size, materials, and complexity. There is no one fixed discount for every project because every order is different. In general, bulk discounts usually start from around 10 pieces. Orders of 20–30 signs may qualify for a stronger discount, and larger projects of 50 or more signs can receive even better pricing.

For very large wholesale orders, we may also offer additional benefits, such as discounted or free express shipping.

Step 3: Get a Digital Mockup Before Production

Before we start production, our designers can prepare a digital mockup for your approval. This is especially important for wholesale orders because it allows you to check the layout, spelling, logo placement, colors, materials, arrows, icons, and Braille details before anything is manufactured.

For big projects, we can also discuss a physical sample so you can review the material and quality before confirming the full batch.

Step 4: Production and Delivery

Once the quote, design, and payment are approved, we start production. Standard custom orders are usually made within a few business days, while larger batches may take longer depending on quantity and complexity.
