Here at Bsign, we value our customers and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms of return, exchange and warranty.
It is important that you inspect your items as soon as possible after they have been delivered.
All products are made individually and are not subject to return, please check the correctness of the specified information regarding the material, sizes, and text information in detail before placing an order and payment, our managers will send you a preliminary layout of your order if necessary.
Warranty
The warranty for goods and materials is valid for 90 calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
If your product was damaged during delivery due to improper packaging, it can be returned within 14 days.
Return of goods with a manufacturing defect
You can return the product if it has a manufacturing defect, namely:
- mechanical damage;
- inconsistency with the specified size or color (specified through the site or manager).

Personalized goods
Please carefully enter the data when placing an order (text, number, logo, design), as the product is manufactured based on the information you provided.
❗ Personalized goods are not subject to return if the customer made a mistake.
Important!
Check the product as soon as possible after receipt.
If a defect is found, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging no later than 14 business days from the date of receipt.

Damage during transportation
If the product is damaged during delivery:

We will arrange for the return of the product and offer a replacement or refund.
Return terms
Non-returnable products
Individually personalized products (with text, numbers, logos, designs).
Hygiene products - after opening the package, unless the product is defective.
Payment and shipping upon return
The cost of shipping and shipping upon return is covered by the sender,
except in cases where the product was damaged or manufactured with an error on our part.
Personalized products are not subject to financial refund, only replacement with a working new product
