Shipping and Payment Policy
ORDER PREPARATION
We are Bsign store, a legal entity of Ukrainian Treasure Inc., located in the USA. We accept payments only through the payment system on the Site. By card of any bank, or by bank transfer using the details indicated on the Checkout page.
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping (delivery) is 1-5 business days. But usually we are doing everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday which not includes weekends. Saturday and Sunday are not count as part of shipping days. Also we want you to know that sending or preparing and shipping (delivery) are 2 different processes. And each has its own term.
SHIPPING
Postal Services: Fedex or USPS standart and Fedex, DHL express.
Tracking Number will be provided.
NOTICE:
- International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office.
- We take full responsibility for our products, for its shipping, delivery and in case of damage during delivery or loss (after certain term of your type of shipping) we can send you a new product. So there are no reasons to be worried :)
- Our products have the highest quality. We pay careful attention to the details of all our items. And we so adore and love the process of making interior signs and that’s why all of our goods so amazing!
- If the parcel is in the delivered status, but for various reasons you have not received it, you should contact the carrier, or check with your neighbors, or contact local law enforcement agencies, and report the theft, after the parcel is in the delivered status, we are not responsible
CUSTOMS TAXES
Please NOTICE that due to big dimensions of the package you will pay customs and import taxes.
The amount of taxes depends on your country's laws. We are not responsible for them.

- DHL Express 10-15 business days
3. Canada: 14-19 business days
4. Australia: 15-21 business days.
